  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We proudly serve customers across the entire United States, including:

  • All 50 U.S. States (Contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii).
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses.Note: At this time, Fayezee does not offer international shipping.
  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS

To ensure your tank tops arrive safely and quickly, we partner with industry-leading domestic carriers:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail)
  • UPS (Ground, 3-Day Select)
  • FedEx (Ground Economy, Home Delivery)
  1. HANDLING & TRANSIT TIME

We work diligently to process your orders from our Woodbridge facility. Please refer to the timeline below:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure with no hidden fees:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 (Flat Rate) for all orders within the U.S.
  • Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your Fayezee order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name.
  • Your unique Tracking Number.
  • A direct link to track your package.Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s portal.
  1. ADDRESS ACCURACY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Correction: If you notice an error, contact support@fayezee.com within 12 hours. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage, we cannot modify the destination.
  • Redelivery: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  1. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
  • Damaged Items: If your tank tops arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
  • Missing Items: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before contacting our support.
  1. EXTERNAL DELAYS

During high-volume seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas) or extreme weather events, transit times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we work with our carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible.
