At fayezee.com, we work hard to process and ship your men’s and women’s tank tops as quickly as possible. We understand that mistakes can happen or plans can change, so we have established these guidelines for order modifications and cancellations to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE

To maintain our fast shipping standards for U.S. customers, our team in Woodbridge follows this schedule:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
• Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
• Immediate Fulfillment: Orders placed before the cut-off time typically enter our fulfillment system within a few hours.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

2.2 Eligibility by Status:

• Payment Completed: Cancellation is guaranteed. Please contact us immediately.
• Processing Started: Cancellation is not guaranteed. We will do our best to stop the shipment if your request falls within the 12-hour window.
• Shipped: Once an order has been handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), it cannot be canceled. Please follow our Return & Refund Policy after the package arrives.

2.3 How to Request a Cancellation: Please email support@fayezee.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”.

3. MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change your order within the 12-hour window, we will assist you based on the following:

• Shipping Address: Corrections must be submitted immediately. We cannot redirect a package once it has left our facility at 2807 Woodmark Dr.
• Product Changes: You may request a change in size or color for your tank tops, subject to stock availability.
• Price Differences: If a change results in a higher total, we will send a secure payment link for the balance. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

4. ORDERS ALREADY IN TRANSIT

Once your package is with the carrier:

• No modifications or cancellations can be made.
• You must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return. Fayezee offers a 30-Day Free Return Policy with no restocking fees to make this process stress-free for you.

5. FEES AND REFUNDS

• No Cancellation Fees: There are no penalties for canceling an order within the allowed timeframe.
• Refund Timeline: For all approved cancellations, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal) within 5 business days.

6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• Out of Stock: If a specific tank top style becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund or a replacement.
• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice, contact support@fayezee.com within 12 hours so we can cancel the duplicate transaction.
