  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your request meets the following criteria:

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Item Condition: All tank tops must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Fayezee order number.

Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show visible signs of wear, stains (such as deodorant or makeup), or damage caused by the customer.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  1. REFUND TIMELINE
  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Woodbridge facility, our quality control team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email as soon as your refund is approved.
  • Refund Credit: Approved refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal). Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  1. EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color for your tank top? We offer Free Exchanges. Contact us at support@fayezee.com to check stock availability. We will provide a free return label for your original item and ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@fayezee.com within 7 days of delivery. We will expedite a free replacement or provide a full refund immediately.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.
  • After 12 Hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow the standard return process once the package arrives.
