1.1 How do I place an order for Fayezee tank tops? Simply browse our collection of men’s and women’s tank tops, select your preferred size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you proceed to checkout and complete your payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email from support@fayezee.com with your order details.

1.2 Can I modify or cancel my order? Speed is our priority. You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order usually enters the fulfillment stage at our Woodbridge facility. If it has already been processed, you may return the item for a full refund after it arrives, in accordance with our Return Policy.

1.3 Do I need to create an account? No, fayezee.com supports guest checkout. However, we recommend creating an account to easily track your shipment and access your order history.

2.1 What are your shipping rates and timeframes? We aim for fast and reliable delivery across the U.S.:

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days.

2.2 Where does Fayezee ship to? We currently ship exclusively to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain our quality of service.

2.3 How can I track my tank top order? As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the system to update the status.

3.3 How long does it take to get my money back? Once we receive and inspect your returned tank top (typically within 1–2 business days), we will process your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
