• Errors: In the event of a pricing or description error, Fayezee reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and issue a full refund immediately.

4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

We provide a secure checkout environment to protect our customers. We accept the following payment methods:

• Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
• Coverage: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

• Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Modifications: Any changes to the shipping address or product details (size/color) must be requested within the same 12-hour window. Once an order has been processed or shipped from our Woodbridge facility, it cannot be modified.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (100% FREE RETURNS)

We stand behind the quality of our apparel:

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Cost: 100% Free Returns. We provide prepaid shipping labels, and there are no restocking fees.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility.
